Marriage for Mary Elizabeth Osborne and Henry Arthur Pears

I have found a marriage for the above in 1902 but the registrar hasn't been able to find either person and she has looked through 30 indices.

The marriage was in the Newton Abbot district according to the BMD.

I have no idea where they may have living at that time.
