I'm new to this site, so hello from me.
I am researching the McCudden family. I am 1st cousin once removed to WW1 air ace Major James Thomas Byford McCudden VC, who, along with other members of his family, are commemorated on the Leighlinbridge memorial. My search has put me in contact with 3 cousins, also 'doing the family tree'. As we live in England we are finding it hard to get far with Irish records and wonder if we have (even more!) cousins who are either tracing the family tree or can help us fill in some of the background. Would be delighted to hear from you and perhaps fill in some of the English connections for you.
